Volunteer Opportunities

Our agency is driven by volunteers. If you decide that are not ready to be a mentor at this time, there are many other ways you can help out!

If you have a special skill or idea to share with us, let us know.

If you only have a few hours to spare, let us know what you’d like to do or read on for some ideas.

We would like to help you find a way that you can support the children and mentors in our organization. There are so many ways in which you can volunteer:

• Volunteer at one of our fundraisers such as Christmas gift wrapping at The Centre or preparing flowers for our annual Friendship Day rose sale.
• Help out at an event or party for our Bigs and Littles.
• Donate refreshments or prizes to our events.
• Get a team together to bowl in Bowl For Kids’ Sake
• Host or organize a fundraiser to benefit our programs or host an event at your facility.
• Ask us to speak to your group, employees, or club to promote our programs.
• If you own a business, support our matches by offering a discount to our Bigs and Littles or donate tickets to events for them to attend.
• Sponsor an event or outing.
• Promote our program by having our brochures at your facility.
• Advertise our organization as part of your advertising campaign, or include us in your newsletter to clients, or community members.
• Include our brochure in your mail.
• Allow us to put our posters at your place of business or in your lunch room.
• Become a Board Member or Committee Member.
